Is it possible to trigger a Script by SandBox Refresh?

Hello,

in our company we have to do a bunch of steps after every SandBox Refresh to configure our Testing Environment correctly. Is there a way to automate this? We were thinking of a script that would be triggered when Refresh is done? Is there a way to do this?
