Recalculate shipping cost

Hi everyone,

I have a question regarding to recalculate the shipping cost with script. The reason why I need it is that we have sales orders come in throught EDI solution, and not all trading partners use the same third party shipping carriers. Some of them use UPS and some of them use FedEx. The default shipping method is UPS, so the script have to change the shipping method/shipping item based on the information that our trading partner send to us. I can change the shipping method/shipping item of the sales order, but I have difficulty to update the "Shipping Cost". The
