nlapiRequestURL failing on SSS_INVALID_HOST_CERT Details

I'm having a problem in calling Host using nlapiRequestURL. The call fails with the following error:


Error: SSS_INVALID_HOST_CERT Details: An untrusted, unsupported, or invalid certificate was found for this host.


Can anyone help me on this?
