Activities on Custom Records
I am wondering if it is possible to enable activities on custom records?
This would be fantastic, especially if the permissions on the related activities were inherited from the custom records.
Often when creating custom records I find myself creating date type fields, like "next review", "warranty expiry" or "end date" etc. Allowing activities on the records may allow less fields of those types. Also by applying the security permission from the records (to the related activities) that would give an easy way to create secure activity data.
- or is there some way to get activities (as a sub tab) on custom records?
