Custom Record to manage returns

We want to create a custom record for customers to enter return and exchange information. We do not want to use Return authorization feature of Netsuite as we sell on different marketplaces and Netsuite RMA can only take care of website customers.

I can create the custom record and make it availabe online. I would like customer to see the fields he entered and RMA number generated in the next screen when he clicks submit. This way the customer can take  a printout of it and send to us. Is that possible?
