Not sure what I'm doing wrong
I'm sure I'm doing something wrong, or missing a step, but for the life of me, I can't figure out what it is.
I'm following the Customization PDF that is available through "Help"... though I know it is only for 10.6, I don't believe the 11.0 version is ready yet.
Pages 85-86 talk about "Working with Custom Records." I follow the instructions: "Setup > Customization > Record Types". Step 2 says to "Click New next to the name of the record type..." The problem is that "New" does not appear anywhere on the page except on the buttom on the bottom right of the screen that says "New Type".
