UPS Tracking and Invoice Information
We desire to create a deep level of integration to UPS. We have this functionality running in our old system. We were on version 3 in that system so we understand the incoming data and best practices, we just need a little thought on how best to do it in NetSuite.
The following are the business goals:
1) Use as much of the current UPS tracking number functionality as possible. (I do not think this is possible)
2) Import updated tracking information from UPS. Yes, you can access this information from the UPS web site real time but we need to track the "last status" of each tracking number. When the tracking number is delivered, then we can stop monitoring.
