custom record throws NL javascript error when created from parent record
(pasted from the case I just entered) #640817
I have a custom record, "Physician Order"
If I create a new one of these records from the list of Physician Orders everything works fine.
The record is a child of a sales order. If I create a new Physician Order by clicking the "New Physician Order" button from a sales order record the following javascript error happens:

This only happens when I create the record from it's parent sales order record.
