Custom Records in "Show Activity Button" on Opportunity Record

Does anyone know how to incorporate custom records in the "Show Activity" Button on the opportunity record?

Because NetSuite will not allow you to easily customize the notes field. I created custom records that track our notes.  Problem seems to be that I have about ten different places to track user activity on each opportunity.  Is there anyway to make the Show Activity Button pull the custom records OR custom fields on a phone call form????

Any information would be helpful.
