Why can I attach a custom record to a parent contact but not a parent customer?
three records involved in this question;
[LIST=1]
[*]Customer
[*]Contact
[*]Custom[/LIST]I have added 2 fields to the Custom record;
[LIST=1]
[*]Customers (List/Record, Customer, Parent)
[*]Contact (List/Record, Contacts, Parent)[/LIST]On the Customer record I can't "Attach" a Custom record, only create new ones.
On the Contact record I can "Attach" a Custom record (and create one)
Why? This makes no sense to me and it's very frustrating.
I would really appreciate any clarification on this.
