Custom Record Not Showing as Columns in Subtab

That last inch is killing me!

I have a custom record linked by a custom field in a custom subtab attached to the Assembly Build transaction form. The custom record shows only as a pop-up and can add new. However, I am unable to get this record to show in a row format under the subtab.

I am also wondering  if I will be able to add the custom record form to the transaction drop-down menu?

Do any of the great customizers here in the forum have a moment to tell me what is missing?
