Auto populate custom entity field
I have a one character custom entity field in my customer records. I would like to default this field on all records to read 'A'.
Next, I would like to have a formula that says:
If the customer has a transaction in the last rolling year that is equal or greater than 500.00 and the customer name does not begin with 'ZZZ', change this field to 'blank'. This way, the field will always be blank if a customer falls within this parameter.
I am used to formula writing in Crystal but I am not too sure what the best approach is in Netsuite.
