Huge Mistake !!

To NetSuite:


I think it is a HUGE MISTAKE in making NetSuite when the users can create custom records and enable mail merge BUT none of the custom record fields can be used in BULK MERGE !!


This is like, ..........  saying "YES" at first.....  but it means "NO" ??
