online return process
Hi,
I would to create online return process process:
I created 2 custom records one contains main fields as customer, SO #.... (and items info as attached records)
the other contains Items info (as reason, qty, code...) that will be attached to the first
What is the way to add them in one form?
I would my form to be as the following:
Name:_____________
SO #:_____________
Items:
reason_____________ code___________ Qty___________
reason_____________ code___________ Qty___________
reason_____________ code___________ Qty___________
reason_____________ code___________ Qty___________
submit
When customer press submit, the main form should be submitted, and each item info should be submitted in a separate record
as a result, 5 records should be submitted
