items sublist in custom record view

Hi,

I created a custom record that one of the fields is set as a Multiple select (List/Record: item) (Display type: show as list). And I added a link for this custom record in the customer center section

I have 2 questions:

1. I created item saved search and it is Available as Sublist View, but it didn't appear in the sublist view drop down list under permission tab. Is there any settings I must do in the saved search to view this saved search in sublist view field? (btw: the drop down list is empty while we have many saved searched available as sublist)
