Do you see any custom records ??

To NetSuite,

Hope someone can reply me back with your visiability...

Any Custom Record Type has an option to enable Mail Merge, but I do not see any custom records are available in the “FIELD TYPE” when I create a BULK MERGE based on the custom record.
