Limiting custom record access by department
We need to limit access on a line basis by department for a particular custom record. As each entry is created on the custom record, the department field is populated by a user with global rights. We want staff in that department to see only those records set to the department in which the employee is assigned.
We can't set global department restrictions on the role because we need cross departmental access for standard (non custom) records.
