Using the Customer Category

I have setup a list of different industries that our customers serve under Accounting Lists/Customer Category. I was wondering if there was anyway to set up a Sub-Category list so that if you select on a category in the customer category list, it will give you a drop down in the sub-category that only relates to the original category selected.
