Custom Record drop down list appearing on forms/partner center

Hello everyone.
We have a custom record with Name and Partner (List type) fields.
Each row in this custom record are associated to certain partners in the system.
So for example:
Row 1 - [my title], [Partner 1]
Row 2 - [my title], [Partner 1]
Row 3 - [my title], [Partner 1]
Row 4 - [my title], [Partner 2]
Row 5 - [my title], [Partner 2]

This dropdown list appears on partner center as filter value.

What i want to do is restrict this drop down list to only show values for partner who is logged in.

Is this possible to do?
