restrict order of display in custom record

Hi All,

I have created a custom record for entering multiple line items to add item details like quantity, rate, amount.
After saving record, order of items are rearranging as per alphabetic order.
I want to restrict this as I want the order of the items to be view as i entered.

I will appreciate your reply asap.
