Include Item List on Custom Record

We use the CRM functionality of NS and use opportunities to record opportunities for our products via a filtered list of Items on the Opportunity record (filtered via the Opportunity Form).

     I also need to access that same filtered list of Items on a separate Custom Form i.e. I want to include a drop-down list on the Custom Record Form that allows the user to select from a sub-set of data set up as Items in NS.

     Does anyone know of a way to achieve this? 
    
    At the moment I cannot  see a way to get to the full (unfiltered) item list, without even considering the filtering requirements......
