Where to get the internal Id of the 'Name' field for Custom Record

Hello Experts,

I am trying to fetch value of the 'Name' field from the custom records within the SuiteScript for some manupulation. However, I could not find any internal Id of the 'Name' field from the field level help nor in the records itself. I have selected the 'Include Name Field' check box in the Custom Record Type, so that I get the Name field appears on the new records where I give the name for the new record.

Truly appreciate your help on this. Thanks.
