Allow end-user to add notes to a Custom Record
Guys,
Back with a new request, I'm certain by now you are like " this fella again". I have built a custom record to act like as a HelpDesk ticketing system for our IT department. As of current, it is working great. However, I need to find a way to allow the individual who submitted the request (via an online form attached to the custom record, which feeds into our internal version of the form) to update the record with additional information if needed. I would like for the solution to be outside of email, and am willing to go
