Multiple Select Field Type - I Hate You!

How smug was I customising the contact record using multiple select fields when  we first got NetSuite

A year in, my new fields are nicley populated with bags of data.

How gutted am I that I have only just discovered that multiple select fields cant be used in the results tab of a search!

Goddamn you NetSuite.....why didn't you tell me this when I selected multiple select type when first creating my custom entity field.
