Can't save changes to Form

Since the release Monday night, I can no longer save customizations to my Customer Form. When I click save I get the error:
Notice
 
This record cannot be deleted, because it is referred to by other records.

I am not trying to delete the record; I am trying to save it.
I have JS  code running on the form; it has been running on it for months.
I tried to change the JS file to something else and I get the same error as above.

Anybody else experiencing this?
