Customizing Entity Search from Case Records

Ok, this is probably trivial but I'm not seeing it...

On a case record, if I click the arrow box by the 'Company' field and select 'Search', I'm presented with a pop-up search window that is titled 'Entity Search'.  I'm not certain if this is specific to our account, but the search doesn't include the zipcode field.  (The form does, however include custom fields we've defined elsewhere.)

Where is this form edited please?  I don't spot it in our saved searches or custom forms.
