***Error when adding a new Transaction Column field ***

I get this error when I attempt to add a transaction column field to a sales order form.

An unexpected error has occurred. Please click here to notify support and provide your contact information.

I put in a case for this on April 25th (It's case #424873; referred to as Issue #104997)  but it's not been resolved yet.  So, we are unable to add any new fields to the Transaction Columns on the Sales Order forms.  This is very frustrating as we are unable to track new types of data that would help our business.  Is there any update about this from NetSuite?
