Mandatory "To Be Printed" on "Bill Sales Orders"

Hi!

(first post!)

I'd like the check box for "To Be Printed" on the "Bill Sales Orders" screen/page to always be checked.

Is there a way I can make this a default, or a mandatory???

Any help will be greatly appreciated!
