Help!!!
Is there a go back function in netsuite?
Like a back up where we can go back to yesterday or this morning?

We had an issue where custom fields were no longer being populated in our packing slips???
why????
dont' know I suspect an upgrade, as upgrades always change and mess stuff up.
Now, in my attempt to fix that issue, I have changed a setting where all data from some custom fields have been deleted and cannot be recovered?

whoops?


Any assistance, would be helpful
