Custom field created on EVENT, want to have that info show up on Picking Ticket

I know that the EVENT is an Entity record, and I presume the Picking Ticket is a Transaction form.  I have successfully created the custom fields on the EVENT, but have not been able to get them to show up on the Picking Ticket.  Obviously, I don't want the client to have to repeat the effort.  We are using NetSuite Small Business.  The custom fields are the Truck Assigned and Employees Assigned (which is a multiple select field). 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
