Source contact phone number from a case?
We associate tasks with cases. On the task entry form, I have two custom fields that I'd like to source from the case the task is associated with; email and phone number. Is this possible?
So far, I seem only to be able to source those from the company, or from the primary contact. I'd like to be able to source from the contact who's name is on the case, who may or may not be the primary contact, and who may or may not have a different phone number than the company. Any help would be appreciated.
