Custom link or iframe on Customer Support Page

I want to add a link to a separate website on the support page for customers, to link to a separate site we run that as of now, has no equal in Netsuite. I realize there will be two logins, but I cannot find out how to add the link. Alternatively, is there any way to do an HTML iframe on the support page so I can view the data directly inside of NetSuite?
