Where do I start?

Hi all. I'm incredibly new to NetSuite. I need to know where to get started with all of the customizations. Two questions I can think of right now are:

Where do I go to create new forms?
Where do I enter my custom search code?

I've read up on both of these a bit here in the forums. I can do the code, etc, but just don't know where to do it at. I don't think I have admin privs to my company's section of NS, but if that's what it takes, I can probably get it.
