Custom Form Error
I have recently created a new custom case form as we are starting to look into taking advantage of the "Help Desk" feature in NetSuite within our IT department. The "Store Form with Record" box is checked.
Whenever I edit a record that has this form stored on it several of the javascript functions are broken –*window.isinited is false. I have removed all custom code from this form and the result is the same.
Upon further research I learned that it is trying to load the URL https://system.netsuite.com/app/site/support/supportcase.nl__cf=20&s=T&e=T&t=GaVambtq.nlqs
