Getting to Subfield Information
I have a custom record called TrainingEvent. It has several fields that are all contacts. For example:
TechnicalContact:
AdministrativeContact:
BillingContact:
I need to be able to access fields off of these contacts for merge operations. For example, merging to a document showing the email address of each contact and their first name.
Right now all I can do is access the name field of their record which includes their id and company name.
I tried creating an inline field and setting the default value to:
{custrecord_billing_contact}.{firstName}
But that doesn't seem to work.
I also tried setting the Source List for the inline field to Billing Contact and the Source From to First Name.
