HTML Limitations on Online Customer Forms?
We had a third party provider build us a nice looking HTML form and I figured I could just insert the correct NL fields in and upload the file as a custom HTML customer form. I have limited HTML knowledge but have worked with custom HTML forms before.
When I get all the tags in, I get some errors on the page and I think it might have to do with some of the java that this firm did for us. One example is that the user must scroll to the bottom of a "terms and condition" box before they are able to submit. This function works on the original HTML document, but not the NS form. So the form won't even submit.
