Custom PDF layout, column help needed

Because of the widths needed to display each column item, we can't fit the layout using a portrait layout, nor do we want to use a landscape layout.

Is there a way to create a custom field that combines the data???

Current Column setup..

Item | QTY | Description | Seat ID | Start date | End Date | Price | Amount
23D      1     Item Descrip    555        2/5/08          2/5/09     $45      $45


What I was thinking of, but not sure if it can be done..


Item | QTY | Custom field                                               | Price | Amount
23D       2    Item Descrip xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx             $45      $45
                  Seat ID: 555 Start Date 2/5/08 End date 2/5/09


So my custom field would be a 2 line item sourcing info from other fields.
