Preferred forms are not what the sytem is defaulting to
We are getting an incorrect form when we create a new estimate. We have customized the estimate form and have been using the customized form for a long time, and today the standard form begins showing up as the transaction form instead of the indicated preferred form.
I have gone into set-up and checked to verify that the custom form is marked as the preferred transaction form. I have then verified that the correct custom PDF form is checked as the preferred form. I have checked each role to confirm that permissions are only allowing access to the custom form.
