Custom Field Formula Defect

FYI - Below is a copy of the defect I just reported.  Case #752022

Please provide detailed steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Create a Custom Transaction Column Field type=date; default formula={today}+7; applies to: Purchase Orders
2. Create Purchase Order
3. Add items via Add Multiple

Result:
Custom Field value displays formula, not the calculated value.  Formula works fine for items added individually.


Expected Result:
The formula's calculated value (i.e. 7/31/08)
