quotations

Hi all
I am a newbee on Netsuite so I was hoping for some help. when we generate a quotation in netsuite the format is very similar to an invoice. is there any way of saving a template quotation in "letters" and inserting fields that relate to the quotation so that the quotation can be automaticly embedded in the template.
