create list of employees based on custom checkbox field
I have the following scenario that I'm tyring to put together, but I'm getting lost at a very easrly stage:
On a Customer (or Lead/Prospect) view, I want to have a field that shows the name of a particular type of support tech (one for our super special support program - ESSP). The field, when editing the Customer should only show the employees that are marked by a checkbox as being ESSP tech reps.
Where do I start?
well.. the first thing I did was create a new Custom Entity Field, of type checkbox, called "essp_tech_rep" and assigned this to the Employee Record Type. I think found the 3 appropriate employees, and checked this box for them (the other 100+ are left unchecked).
