Thank you to everyone for your passion, collaboration, and support. Here’s to building an even stronger community together in the year ahead!
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

custom Transaction Column Field is breaking our reports
I have a few Saved Reports, based on Sales By Rep, that have worked flawlessly since I first created them last December.
For the past few days, we are unable to get them to run.
I have tracked it down to a custom Transaction Column Field called "Sales Type". That field is a List/Record type based on a custom List of four (4) Sales Types:

New Sale

Trial Sale

Conversion Sale

Renewal Sale
When I remove that field from the report columns, the reports run as expected. When I add it back in, I get a timeout/failed response. It seems that this field is causing the report to return multiple rows of each transaction - dozens or even hundreds. Even if I filter down to a single day, the results are exceeding the 25,000 record limit and timing out.
