Ships Individually & Package Fields on Item Record

Does anyone know how to remove the Ships Individually and Package fields from the Item Record form? I have multiple Netsuite accounts and these show on one accounts Item Record and not on the other account but I can't figure out why. They don't show on the Item Record customization view do disable so I've been looking in the Shipping and the Accounting Preference areas but haven't found anything that removes these fields. Any ideas?
