Custom element in HTML form

I would like to place body fields in different places on our picking ticket.  How do I call custom fields which currently print fine using <NLBODY> but I want to print some of the fields at the top of the form and others in the middle etc.  I have a custom field called {custbody16}.  What HTML code do i put in the body section of the html form customization box?
