Entity information separation at Transactions form

How to separate and hide fields from Entity record for Transactions Forms? We are OneWorld customer and for all transactions form we see Subsidiary and Project field together with Customer Name. Unfortunately in many cases we need only Customer w/o need to change or see other two fields. Because in form definition exist only Entity w/o any of visualized fields it’s not possible to hide any of them. What practical solution exists to hide Subsidiary or Project fields?
