Custom Label size for Form Title

After changing the Form Title from
Sales Order to COMMERCIAL INVOICE,
I found the text too long and it is printing out
as COMMERCIAL INV.......  on our form.

How do I customise the size of the FORM TITLE?
I have gone into Customise HTML form but  the first 4 items

-Company logo
-Company Name
-Company Information
-Data

Is not customisable...
