How Do I Restrict Custom Contact on Sales Order to Customer's Contacts?

I have a custom Contact field on a Sales Order form. I need to restrict selection of Contacts by:
[LIST=1]
[*]Contact Type
[*]Contacts that belong to the Customer on the SO[/LIST]I can do #1 easily enough.

But how do I accomplish #2?
