Customer Centre

Hi everyone,

I uploaded a file as an Administrator in a record named assignment and linked the customer centre to the record. But, the file isn't displaying on the customer centre and I'm wondering what i did wrong..Also, i'm not able to upload a .doc pdf file from the customer centre.Is it not possible to upload a file from the customer centre?

Anyone with any idea?
