Custom entry forms - making a copy using "Save As" altered value on original form
Originally I thought I was doing something wrong but now it's happened enough that I know that it's a bug of some sort.
My sales (2 teams) and customer service teams have customized Activity forms based on their roles (3 separate roles). To create the custom activity forms, I opened a pre-existing form, retitled the form name, then hit "Save As".
Hours or days later I would always get a call saying "my form changed". How could that be? I did not modify the original/pre-existing form, I used the "saved as" feature to create a copy. Yet somehow the original form was modified.
