"preferred form" overriding all other forms
We are having a problem whereby custom forms which we have designated "preferred" are
A) overriding the form selection on already created records - EVERYTHING switches to the preferred form.
not allowing the user to change a record to any other form - we are unable to switch the records back on a case-by-case basis to fix the ones that had been changed.
For some inexplicable reason, NetSuite has designated this an "enhancement request" thinking we want to "set a preferred form on a per-record basis" -- but this does not make sense to me.
First of all, this function was working correctly up until a month or two ago (the new release? I don't know the exact timing). Secondly, it's not ALL custom preferred forms - just some of them. The rest work correctly.
